Payment terms and cancellation policy

• Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the booking fee is due if the check-in is 30 days or more in the future. The remaining payment must be made no later than 30 days before check-in.
• For short-term bookings of less than 30 days, the total price is due in full upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer to the operator’s account, via PayPal or by credit card.
• The applicable tourism contribution is included in the invoice.
• All payments are made in EUR, and there are no processing fees for specific payment methods.
• The security of payments is guaranteed by SSL-encrypted websites.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in

• Cancellations are possible at any time up to check-in.
• If you cancel up to and including 30 days before check-in, there are no costs.
• If the cancellation is made from the 29th day before check-in up to and including the day of arrival, a cancellation fee equal to the total booking amount (excluding cleaning costs) is due. This must be paid immediately and in full.
• No processing fee will be charged for the cancellation.
• We cannot make any exceptions to this cancellation policy. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to protect you from unexpected events.
• If you are entitled to a refund, it will be made within 14 working days to the payment method you used when booking.

Rebooking

• A rebooking is possible – provided the chalet is available.
• We charge a fee of EUR 50 incl. VAT for the rebooking.
• Once the rebooking has been made, it is no longer possible to cancel the new booking.
• In the event of a rebooking, the possibly lower / higher booking price of the newly selected period applies.
